Hello,
I am facing multiple issues in optimization.

I already optimize images n all but still, my website is losing very very slow
And website taking all my hosting space.

Hello,

1) Optimize all the images on your site, you can save up to 90% of the size http://prntscr.com/uzqtpe Smaller images – better page speed. Because size of the images on the home page was 6M – huge. We have replaced few images and it reduced the size to 4Mb http://prntscr.com/uzrpxl

2) Rebuild the footer static block using Elementor and disable the WPBakery page builder. It will also improve the speed because using of any additional plugin slows down the size.

3) Reduce server response time

We made some improvements and got better results https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.wogonaturals.com/RV18TajJ
But you also need to improve the previous things.

I did changes,,,
also, I made the same footer on elementor but in the front end, it seems different –
it coming with border
N in footer heading underline not coming –

1) Do you want to remove these spaces at the right and left sides http://prntscr.com/v4ikue ?
2) Serve resources from a consistent URL param was resolved by changing the W3 total cache settings. To fix the http://prntscr.com/v4ldeo contact your server provider.

But image is not optimized and if you have not a very good connection image probably just was not loaded. Optimize your banner image http://prntscr.com/v5a023 and other images using https://tinypng.com/
