    Hello,

    Neither our theme nor the plugins are the reason of the issue. You can easily check it by disabling all the plugins and switch to the default WP theme Storefront and go to Appearance > Customizer, you’ll get the error with styles https://gyazo.com/12fec68dd42cf8c79651063a7ec23907 Something is wrong with your WP installation or with your server settings. Ask your hosting provider to fix this. Our support is able to help only in case issue caused by our theme or plugin. We can’t help if the default WP installation does not work as it should.

    PDF invoice displays the same tax as the WooCommerce order email and takes the information from that, check, please pdf invoice tax sum http://prntscr.com/vk8jir and order email http://prntscr.com/vk3x7v
    I chose Delhi, it’s the state of India but your checkout calculates the 12% of tax, not 6%+6% http://prntscr.com/vk8nek

    Hello,

    You can upload the retina logo and Sticky header logo to use them other than the main logo you uploaded. If you don’t load these logos then the main logo should appear that you uploaded via Theme Options > Header builder > Logo. If you don’t upload any logo then the default XStore logo will be displayed. If you uploaded your own logos but still get the XStore logo then provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site to check and help you.

    Hello,

    Because other themes do not have additional elements for the Elementor and do not use select2 field. We use and that plugin uses but in the wrong way, that causes the mentioned error with our theme. Contact them and explain the problem. Send them our previous answer for better understanding.

    Hello,

    You can create attribute Gender for example with terms: boys, girls. Then add this attribute with the necessary term to your product but don’t use for the variation. Then you’ll be able to use the Filter by attribute widget in the shop sidebar (Appearance > Widgets).

    3) To create a multilingual site you need to install an additional plugin. Check this and choose the one that suits your needs most of all https://colorlib.com/wp/wordpress-multilingual-plugins/

    4) You can edit the footer from Static Blocks > edit footer static block.

    Do you want just to add the text before the forms/account info or edit the content of the forms/account info?
    If you want to add just some text before the content then go to Pages > edit page > add the necessary text before the my account shortcode.

    If you downgrade the theme you need also downgrade the XStore core plugin version.
    We have updated both theme and plugin and don’t see errors.

    Take my apologies for the delay in answering.
    I’m afraid that you need to contact plugin author and ask them to make some improvements to the plugin code.
    We both (XStore and JetSmartFilters plugin) are extending select2 field from Elementor, select2.js makes you enable to change your dropdown field to multi dropdown and searching dropdown, so when we both extending default Elementor select2 field, in JetSmartFilters js files they are not destroying their field on js events and making problem for others, they need to re-change their js for that custom field which they created to avoid conflict with others.
