Layout crashed in Category view and product view, other sites are ok/normal

Layout crashed Category view and product view, other sites are ok/normal
https://marienapotheke-scheidegg.de/product-category/guat-fuer-die-duftlampe/

Also if on “Product Katalog” in the field “Show on Shop Site” “Products” are choosen or show “categories and products” the site layout crashed, only when “show categories” is choosed the site shop ist in normal view. But the other sites “Categories” or “Products are also crashed

The crash happend as we add more than 2 Products

Probably some fatal error appears. Could you, please, provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site?

I want also to know, what happens with the header options? There is standing that this will end in 1 Day, and that I have to use the header generator. Will my header then disappear and do I have to choose all options again and build the header new with the header generator?

Hello I have a further Problem, when I check out there comes no order recive text or Thank you Text only that my shopping cart ist empty. What here wrong I havent changes anything yet concerning these options.
