Hello,
i have an issue after I update to last 1.7.2 version.

Like always I uploaded file in ftp and I disable old version of theme and core and activate the new ones.

I see pages changed with demo version of logo, menu, and other.

How I can to update without to change anything?

Checked your site and it looks ok http://prntscr.com/vi2gob . Did you downgrade theme version?
Could you, please, provide us with temporary WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to update theme and check the problem?

i renamed the new theme and core and activated again the previous versions.
I need to know how to fix it in the same moment I update cause we are online.
I can’t show it online with errors. Pls describe me how to fix it.

Hello,

We removed the built-in header option in 7.1 version. Now you can create header using header builder only https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLMqMSqDgPNmDu3kYqh-SAsfUqutW3ohlG
I have created header for you. Check now, please.

Hello,

I have already created header. You can use the header builder if you want to change it.
Watch the video tutorials. Also, there is multiple headers option and you can use the different header for the different lanagugae.

Hello Olga. sorry me but I noticed that menu on mobile doesn’t open from icon on Safari. I tried on Chrome on mobile and it works. Can you check it too pls? thanks

Hello,

We can help you other site where you use our theme.
We checked the site using Safari and the menu works. Try to clear the browser cache.

Ok, but keep in mind that to help you with header building we need to see how it looks before theme update. So, make screenshots at least.

Hello Olga, thanks for your help.
I tried to reproduce the header with the builder but I had a problem with transparent background.
i done some the screenshots of header on desktop and on mobile:

The font on main menu is Souce Serir Pro 20px, font-weight: 600 and on top menu is Open Sans 16px.

New versions of theme and core are in the zip, just please rename the old ones and unpack the zip file so I can have the old ones for a bit yet and don’t rewrite them.

Hello,

1) We’ll be able to start with the header creation from Monday.
2) To translate the mentioned strings go to Loco Translate > Plugins > XStore Core > translate these strings in the plugin.

I have problems also with header building for mobile menu, I said already about the logo white and I need to set it black. But also I can’t see the modifies I done with positions of link and font. It show me so: https://prnt.sc/vkkull
But on font-end, mobile in anonymous it doesn’t show me so.
Can you check it pls?

Hello,

1) You can add the margin-bottom for the main header area of the headers https://gyazo.com/c94af7f0902d316dfbc9fb8e7ada8ccb

2) We don’t have the option to use a different logo for the mobile menu. You can just disable it in the mobile menu settings http://prntscr.com/vkwzjx

3) We used the multiple headers option to create headers for the languages and with overlap effect https://youtu.be/BpeXfzNwkOc So, edit every header to add changes and then clear plugin cache and server cache.

I understood all about it.

About mobile menu do you can see it like in the builder? Cause I can’t see it yet, I wanted to know if it is a problem of my cache. i see the same in anonymous on mobile and on other pc.

I think there is some problem with theme configurator.
Pls check it in anonymous cause I see the MENU, mobile version is not updated, and it is so on many devices and without cache influences.
