Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with the theme https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , and check how it works then.

it is seemed because of wp-rocket were caching it. did xstore use any cookie for the cart items? so I can exclude from caching the cookie
