Hello, for blocks with a button it is impossible to make a rel = “nofollow” tag, we put it in the description, but the tag is not applied.
    It doesn’t work like this:

    [button et_class = “” rel = “nofollow” target = “_ self” style = “big active” url = “” icon = “” title = “READ MORE”] (Screenshot https://ibb.co/hFv4MTw )

    Hello,

Thank you for using our theme!
It seems that that attribute is missing for the button shortcode. Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site and we’ll fix the issue.

    Regards

    FTP access is incorrect http://prntscr.com/vkm8da
This attribute will be added in the next theme update.

    Regards
