Option that you are talking about is not XStore theme option. You have implemented it using third-party plugin. So, I would recommend you to contact plugin author to make sure that everything is ok from their side. The plugin author will be able to check the plugin with the default theme.

Use the below custom CSS to change the active In Stock filter color.

There is no way to change the color of the selects.

1) Did you find any missing images on your site? If not then just ignore that notice.

2) Error with the Customizer is not related to import. Probably you reached the limit of the SubstituteMaxLineLength Read this topic https://www.8theme.com/topic/internal-server-error-2-2/#post-234594 and contact your hosting provider to check the server error logs and fix the limit issue in case you have the same errors.

3) Create a separate menu for the mobile menu element that does not include the static blocks mega menu. and then choose it in the Theme Options > Header builder > Mobile menu.
