Old products are still showing - by tjackson!

    Old products that I have deleted are still showing on my site. Under the products page I have deleted all the sample data however it showing as options under my affiliate program software.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    I have not tried to use the WP theme. If I try this will this affect my current website?

    Hello,

    Nope, switch just for a few mins. Only widgets could be messed up after switching, so open the Appearance > WIdgets tab before switching to be able to move the widgets to the correct area after switching back.

    Hi there, I am not familiar with wordpress. How do I switch from the child theme?

    Hello,

    Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate the Storefront theme. Check the mentioned issue. After that go to Appearance > Themes > activate theme that you used before.
    Widgets could be messed up after switching, so open the Appearance > WIdgets tab before switching to be able to move the widgets to the correct area after switching back.

    Hello, I never switched the template. I drive the steps you provided and I received a 404 message when clicking the categorize so I switched it back to the original.

    Hello,

    Option that you are talking about is not XStore theme option. You have implemented it using third-party plugin. So, I would recommend you to contact plugin author to make sure that everything is ok from their side. The plugin author will be able to check the plugin with the default theme.
