Hello, i have problem with layout on store site

Hello,

Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Shop > Shop page layout > Products Per Row On Category Page

Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with the theme https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , and check how it works then.

Hello i disable plugins one by one but problem still exist/same

when i click on category layout is not ok , but when i refresh site layout is ok , but when i go to other category i get again same problem

Hello,

Update the theme and XStore Core plugin https://prnt.sc/vw9gd4 Then go to Theme Options, click on Publish, clear all cache and check the layout after that.
If the problem won’t be solved, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

Ajax results time depends on server response time and DataBase structure. Our theme does not have options to improve the results time because it’s related to how fast your server (DB) sends the response to requests made by the theme. Try to improve the DB structure and speed up the server response time to get better results. So, contact your hosting provider and ask them to reduce the server response time.
