    Hi,

Dealing with issues within our multiple single product templates, we wanted to assign static blocks to certain objects. It seems that many of our static blocks cannot be selected in the editor because the pulldown menu doesn’t show them.

Is there a limit to the number of static blocks available through the editor? And subsequently, are all static blocks above that number not available for selection because they’re not visible? If so, can we fix this somehow?

    Hello,

Provide us with screenshot of the element where blocks are missing?

    This is just an example.
Basically any object containing a drop down selector to choose a static block shows the same issue.
I know we have created many static blocks but I don’t suppose there should be a limit on between how many I can choose and select in the drop down, right?

    Hi Olga,

    what exactly have you done/changed?
Since Dec 9th, we’ve been experiencing multiple issues with our website’s code:
In the SPP, another shop button pops up at the bottom of the page: https://prnt.sc/w15o78
Our “you may also like” upsell products keep loop-loading, never showing, and sometimes our WP Business Review (version 1.5) content doesn’t load inside the SPP (the static block, seperately loaded shows no issues).

We’ve been scratching our heads for days (didn’t see your ticket update) and now it makes sense, because in the mean time, we didn’t implement any big changes ourselves.

We can’t proceed until we understand what kind of update/changes you’ve made and we might very well have to revert to an older backup (a week back)

    Hi,

A lot of changes were done in the uploaded theme version, which includes compatibility with new WC and WP versions. I do not see the problem with the up-sells products on your site now. https://prnt.sc/w15o78 – this is fixed in the latest update https://prnt.sc/w16jdj
Our technicians team is not available during the weekend. If your site is live and you want to restore the backup, do it.
I would recommend to create a staging site (full copy of the existing one) and do updates of the theme, all plugins, and WP there first. If everything is ok then you’ll be able to update the production site. If you will face any problems there, contact us, provide access, we will be able to check it from Monday.

    Hi Rose,

the problem with working in a staging copy is that our eCommerce is live. All sales need to be updated manually to account for correct inventory.

The reason you didn’t see the issue is because I didn’t expect a reponse from you during the weekend, so we restored a backup already. This is what you’re currently viewing.

If we can agree on a time frame to troubleshoot the issue, I can make sure that a recent version is restored so that we can jointly assess and plan for a solution. Please bear in mind: this is a LIVE environment. Staging copies are not suitable due to inventory issues. We need to plan this carefully.

    – EDIT – I’ve restored the most recent version of our backups. Your fix should be in there, as is the issue I created this ticket for.

    Hello,

I’m not sure that understand the problem with the staging site creation. If you create staging site, we’ll update theme and fix the issues. You’ll check if everything is fine and we’ll move updated files (not the DataBase) to the production site. What inventory do you need to update in this case and why?

    Regards
