    Hello. I don’t quite understand how to proceed for:
    – Create a product template by category (essential oil, vegetable oil, food supplement …). See the 2 screenshots.
    – Create several articles according to these categories
    – Add to the page of each article, according to the categories, an HTML block for the security notices. I want to be able to change these security notices in one place and that all the pages associated with this category are updated (a kind of footer)

    I tried the Single Product Builder. I watched the tutorials but I don’t understand what is the best way to do it.

    Hello,

    1) Use the Multiple templates option (1) http://prntscr.com/vq4cbk to create product template depending on the category you need using conditions http://prntscr.com/vq4erb
    2) Do you mean you need to create posts?
    3) Use the Static Block to create notices. After that you’ll be able to use the Static Block shortcode to add it to the article (post or page content). Also, you can use the single product builder with the following layout http://prntscr.com/vq4cbk
    Use Additional custom block element (3) to show the static block that you can choose in the product settings http://prntscr.com/vq4fwh
    You can use HTML block (2) to add the banner above the breadcrumbs, different for the different product templates.

    Thank you for your reply. Good support and very good theme.

    A few remarks, however. I find the ergonomics disturbing:
    – When we want to modify a page template, we do not know which template we are modifying (maybe you should add the name of the template in the title bar “Single Product Builder” ?.
    In addition, why the home page that is displayed above the “Single Product Builder” and not a “product” page ?
    Also, it should be possible to assign a “default” template, one of the created templates.
    – It is not possible to add several “additional content” on a template. It’s a shame, I would have liked to add two static blocks: the first for an image (banner) at the top of the page and the second for “legal notices” at the bottom of the page. These two elements are different depending on the product template.
    – The “Disable Single Product Builder” button is ON while it is being modified. It is strange ?
    – We only have 3 “HTML blocks”. When I use one for a product category template, it disappears from the list of HTML blocks for other templates. If I have more than 3 product categories, so I can’t customize each template with HTML blocks?
    – I did not find how to rename the sections names in the template builder (section 1, section 2 …)
    – When building the template with the “single builder”, you cannot specify the minimum size of an image in a section ? I could have tried to put a background image in the section, with a minimum of 200px for example.
    – I find it hard to navigate between Elementor’s page templates and the theme’s
    – I think I encountered a bug: When I modified the template of a product, I clicked on “save” and it “destroyed my product. The file still exists but cannot be opened with Elementor: “The Content Area Was Not Found in Your Page” …
    – I have the impression that there is a small bug also on “compare / wishlist”, the icon sometimes disappears. I do not know why ?
    – Is there a way to remove the “Delete” link next to the product option ? It is useless because the user can only select one item in the list.
    – I don’t know why but the static HTML block n°2 “Banner HE (id – 8181)” is not displayed.

    – On the other hand, WooCommerce still does not have a “GTIN” (EAN13) field. It only offers one SKU field. However, a GTIN is very practical for selling on marketplaces. I have to go through a “WooCommerce UPC, EAN, and ISBN” plugin, by Scott Bolinger. Would it be nice to XStore to add such a field? I would like to be able to display it next to the SKU on the product sheets.
    – When I imported the theme demos, it created the “Brand” section twice. Bug ?
    – I’ll be ready to pay a few dollars more to have Elementor Pro integrated into your theme. Do you plan to integrate it one day?
    – Likewise, I would like the Premium version of Yith Compare because it would be good if we could choose which fields to compare according to the product category. In fact, it is not the same information depending on whether you are selling essential oils or Functional State Corrector (CEF). Only the Premium version does this but I find it to be way too expensive / year.
    – I also noticed that the names of the sections were probably buggy. See the screenshot (2 x title “Section 5”) and I couldn’t figure out how to rename them.
    – When you click on “Save” on the “Single Product Builder”, it then reloads the default template and not the one you were setting up. 🙁

    Unfortunately, it’s not possible to redirect the user to single product automatically but you can click the product and you’ll get it https://gyazo.com/5b7b68a76494d94b3fd713c114e542bf
    The default template appears for all the products, if you want to create special template for the products with some conditions then use the multiple templates option. We can’t make option to make the other template as the default one.
    2) You can use the HTML block element to add the different Static blocks for the different templates.
    3) We’ll improve this.
    4) Yes, but you can change the content of the HTML block for every single template and it will be applied for this template only.

    7) Are you talking about XStore studio?
    8) Do you mean that you tried to use the Elementor Pro to build the single product instead of the XStore single product builder?
    9) Don’t see issue with the compare icon. Found issue with the wishlist icon. Passed to developers.
    10) Are you talking about the reset variations link http://prntscr.com/vtr8ip ? This is the default WooCommerce link, you can hide it using custom CSS at Theme Options > Custom CSS

    13) Provide screenshot where you get double Brands.
    14) Unfortunately, developers of the Elemento Pro plugin do not offer the dev license to allow theme authors to build-inPro version of plugin. So, we can’t provide Elementor Pro as the bundled plugin with our theme.
    15) Sorry but our theme comes only with a free version. If you need pro version of this plugin you need to buy it individually.
    16) We don’t have option to rename the sections. You can submit feature request here https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/
    17) Yes, unfortunately, it’s technically impossible to keep the existing template if you press the global save button because that button saves all the single product templates.     Thank you. It is a good support.
    I will answer these points one by one maybe in severals times.
    1) First, I don’t understand why I have only 3 template (including the default template) and it is written “Multiple templates (4)” : https://prnt.sc/vud680
    2) Is it possible to add link to modify template directly on this screen ? :

    maybe (in red) besire the “Edit” link, because it is very very long to open page… severals seconds with a good datalink and a good computer.
    3) “Save” recording does not always work (kind of timeout).
    4) Single Product Builder: Add New section … There is no “save” button, it’s incomprehensible ! We click on Publish but we don’t know what we did? No new template is saved. Is this the default template that we changed here?

    5) There is no way to specify the title of the template before saving. You must first click on “Save” button then on “Edit” button then again on “Save”…
    6) When there has been a change in the content, we should change the appearance of the button to invite us to save, because currently, “Save” button remains green whether we have made changes or not.
    7) When duplicating a template, it loses some elements in the sections, notably Custom HTML 01 … and it has changed the names of the sections. I have twice section 5. It is incomprehensible.

    3) We can do nothing with this. It’s related to your server speed and settings. We are working on optimization of the header and product builder but at this moment there is not quick fix for this.
    4) Yes, you edit the default template. While you editing the custom template you get notification about this http://prntscr.com/vuziwv When you use the global save option you save all the changes you made and you revert back to the default template. Use the save template option to save only the template that you editing at this moment http://prntscr.com/vuzkcn
    5) Yes, because if you duplicate the template you need to choose the conditions first (where to show it) before editing.
    6) We’ll try to improve this but I’m not sure if this is possible from the technical side.
    7), 8) It looks like some kind of bug. I have passed the issue to our developers. I’ll inform you once they fix the problem.

    Hi. I don’t understand another thing : I have only one Header so the rendering should be the same everywhere ?
    Wishlist and Card are sometimes green and sometimes black…

    And often, my search module just disappears… (near the menu). It is in HTML block 01. I think it is a bug. So I add it again in the HTML01, again and again…
