Hello,

Clear browser cache using Clear cache extension https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/clear-cache/cppjkneekbjaeellbfkmgnhonkkjfpdn/RK%3D2/RS%3DzwqaryCReNAACSfd_oYYPpX0_tw-
Or try to open it in another browser. It looks that option styles are cached.

Hello,

Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate the Storefront theme. Try to reset the password when the Storefront theme is enabled. Let me know about the results. Do you get the email when the Storefront is enabled?

Hello,

1) It was just the update of theme preview image. ThemeForest changes that date even if you update the preview image. Don’t follow that date. Follow the changelog section or changelog on this page https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/ Besides we always notify customers via emails once update theme. So, we are very sorry about your plans but we did not promise and did not announce an update these days.

Hello,

It looks the first installation of the plugin failed. So, connect to your server via FTP and remove the et-core-plugin folder. After that try to install XStore core plugin archive again via Plugins > Install new > upload. Plugin archive you can download here https://www.8theme.com/downloads
Or provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site and we’ll help you.

Hello,

We optimized it as much as we could but of course, it could slow down the site a little bit comparing with the default sale label. It also depends on your server resources. If you use a good server then you won’t even notice the difference.

Hello,

1) Old Bed Removal – is the product attribute that you added in Products > Attributes http://prntscr.com/w9az2w , Product attribute is the default WooCommerce option, this is not theme functionality. So, if you don’t need that at all then remove the attribute.

2) You use the WooCommerce Extra Fees Plugin to add an additional fee for this http://prntscr.com/w9ay1y
So, I don’t understand how is our theme related to the mentioned things if it’s not the theme option but WooCommerce and WooCommerce Extra Fees Plugin options?

Hello,

1) Built-in headers were removed and you missed to create header using header builder. I have created the header. Check now.
2) You disabled the Massive Addons plugin. You use the Massive Addons elements, so don’t disable that plugin.
