Hello we have a problem with the widget Filter by Brand. Although we have products in Brands (not zero),
the widget is still not displaying the brands on shop/category page, although the urls are working correctly and the Brand image is visible in single product page.

We already deleted and re-imported all Brands.
We deactivated all plugins but Core plugin and didn’t work.
We cannot yet update the theme because the elementor widget Masonry categories is missing the h2 for name tag and we use it in the home page.
    Waiting for your reply.

    Hello,

    1) I see the brand filter on the shop page https://gyazo.com/ed59e0ddf2f8152af4dde88240486d4c and it filters the products. Could you, please, explain the problem in more detail? Maybe provide screenshots for better understanding. Also, provide temporary WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check the issue after that.

    2) Could you, please, explain in more detail problem with the h2 tag?

    Regards

    Hello,

    1) The filtering works but i have more than 1 Brand selected in products, so they are not showing in widgets. More than one Brand has products. Pictures following:

    b) https://gyazo.com/9093d83be8d8ad947813ec177010bee6

    2) When we updated to the new version (i restored to the previous version), the widget Masonry categories was missing the h2 tag (probably its in the core plugin). I also share a video capture.

    Hello,

Could you, please, provide us with FTP access to your site? We’ll check both issues with brands filter and title.

    Regards

    Hello,

it looks the problem was caused by WooCommerce transients cache. We have cleared that. Check the brand’s filter now.

    Regards
