If you want to use the third-party plugin that uses that hook then go to Theme Option > WooCommerce > Single product builder and turn it off. Use the pre-created layout of the single product. Single product builder won’t work with the mentioned plugin.

XStore core plugin just check the requirements, so when you disable it you just disable this checking.
Anyway, I looked at the WooCommerce plugin status page and see the same http://prntscr.com/w8n3fz WooCommerce also displays 0 and server info displays NA http://prntscr.com/w8n4zo So, contact your hosting provider to solve this because it’s not theme issue.

Also, you use out of date version of XStore theme, WooCommerce plugin, revolution slider plugin and WPBakery. We would recommend you to provide us with FTP access to your site and we’ll help you with updates of these plugins and theme.
