Problem with single product images and filters

Hi,

On single product pages of my site, images appear very small. I would like to have one large image and a slider so that you can click through them. I cannot find a setting that changes this (e.g. https://giftworld24.com/product/rastaclat-mens-medium-large-knotted-bracelet/).

In addition, on the shop page (and category pages), the product filters do not show (e.g. price). What can I do to change this? The settings related to this in the customizer do not seem to have an impact.

Hello,

Try the default Price filter widget instead of the 8theme Prive filter widget.

Hi Olga,

thank you. The filter works on the Shop page, but not on the product category pages (it does not show). I am using the default Price filter widget. What do I have to do to make it appear on the product category pages?

The filter does still not work. It only grabs one category of products (watches for him, whysoever). On the shop page, as soon as you filter, only products from that category show up. On the category pages, only within that category the filter works, on all others, it shows up but as soon as you move the handles no products are found.

Also, the quick view feature does not work. When I click on it, for a second it loads, but then it turns into a small stripe and I cannot see anything. Could you fix this please? Thank you.

Hello,

We suppose the issue appears because of the products imported from Amazon. We checked the price filter widget with the default WP theme Storefront and faced the same problem. We updated your products using bulk edit https://prnt.sc/wivc03 and filter by price works after that. So, update products once you imported them from Amazon.
