Brand Filter – Not Showing on Category with Variable Products

    Hi!

    I hope all is well.

    Have a catgory on a website which features variable products but doesnt show the brands on this category but does on all the others. Only difference with this category is that they are all variable products.

    Would this cause the brand filter to dissapear?

    Any help be great!

    Hello,

    That should not be the reason of the problem. Provide us with FTP access to your site to check the problem in more detail.

    Hello,

    Developers checked the site and brands filter is on the product category that you provided.
    So, we don’t see the problem anymore.
