Static Content Image - by TLSS2020 - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi there,

I tried to place an image in the static content style section. I removed the old image that was there and now I cannot place the new image.

I loaded the image in the Media Library

I have done this type of menus before using Electro Theme and WP Bakery. The problem is we do not get the same options:

Can Xstore do it like the first image?

Hello,

Go to Dashboard > Updates > click “Check again” link. After that update the XStore theme and XStore Core plugin to the latest versions (7.2.2 and 7.2.2.1). Try to change the column image after that.

I did another update and I can access the image. How do I get the image to be bigger? The same size as the red block.

Hi,

Edit your menu static block to achieve the desired result, for example, https://prnt.sc/w58d90 or https://prnt.sc/w58fuv + https://prnt.sc/w58g4z

So if then view the menu, the image will be the size of the menu and not a small image set either at the top or the bottom?

It all depends on your settings, play with settings for content in the static block.

Hi

1. How do I make the field wider to prevent the menu items from using 2 lines.
2. How do I align the bottom two menus to be straight or in line with one another.

3. I also do not get the image to be as big as the menu field. It is either too short or too wide or too thin.
4. I would also like to have a blue divider line between the ajax alarm equipment and Outdoor Security and also a divider between the Hikvision stuff and the roboguard stuff. I saw there was a divider block below the last ajax item, but I do not know where to edit it so that the divider line appears

Hello,

1) Are you talking about mega menu http://prntscr.com/w8gglc ?
You can change the width of the mega menu here http://prntscr.com/w8gikr It will increase the total width and the width of the columns that allows to show titles in one line.

2) Add these elements to next row http://prntscr.com/w8h343 I have created an exmple.

3) You can manage the image size using bg settings http://prntscr.com/w8h5lj Choose the one that will suit your needs.

4) You can add it in 2 ways:
a) using border http://prntscr.com/w8h6oa
b) using Divider element http://prntscr.com/w8h7qr
Choose the one that suits your needs most of all.

Hello,

Check the element style settings. Probably you added the bg color for them.
