If you want to get another demo without issues (like third-party products, wrong images for the banners etc) then we would recommend you to use the WordPress Database Reset plugin and install demo content after that. If you don’t want to reset the existing WP then you may install the demo again over the existing content but then you may face wrong images in wrong locations, not always but often.

Look, you set to show 50 products per page and 4 products per row. 50/4= 12.5 So, you have 12 full rows(48products) + 2 products in the next row = 50 products per page.
So, go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > Products Per Page > set 52 products per page.

You can use Theme Options > Custom CSS to add the custom CSS styles.
For example

.products-grid .col-md-4, .products-grid .col-lg-4, 
.products-grid .col-xs-5, .products-grid .col-xs-6, 
.products-grid .col-sm-6 {

    padding-left:0;
}

If you don’t have CSS skills I don’t think that you’ll be able to edit it. It would be better to submit customization request here to help from professionals.

You will still have the Add to cart button but without the q-ty input. There is no way to show the q-ty and hide variations because the system does not allow to add to cart if the variation is not chosen, if you change the q-ty some variation may not have 2 or 3 products in stock for this variation and you’ll get the error. So, it’s not a good idea to hide variations for the mobile only. Either disable it for both using Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop elements > Variation swatches > display on grid > off. Or show it for both.
