Hello team and a happy new year.
I’ve been your customer for 8 years, first with Blanco Theme and the last years years with XStore. I really love it, aesthetically is the best but unfortunatelly is so slow.
I’m going to change my hosting service soon but I have tried also to do as much optimization as I could (reduce images sizes, use caching plugin WP-Optimize, optimize tables) all the steps haven’t turned to be very helpful.
When I turn to Storefront the speed runs high, and it’s very tempting.

The Xstore folder in the File Manager is almost 14,9MB, is that normal?
The other themes are about 6MB.

Can you please help me from the inside, because I really don’t want to leave Xstore but you know what they say, it’s not personal, it’s bussiness.

    Thanks in advance

    Hello,

We don’t have another email for these purposes. Why can’t you go to USers > edit our user and just generate the new password?
We can’t log in to the account using the credentials that you provided to check theme optimization settings. So, please, provide the correct username and password.

    Regards

    Hello,

    1) Optimize images on your site. It takes to much size https://prnt.sc/x4f9ws Use Tinypng service or plugin and it allows you to save up to 90% https://prnt.sc/x4f7ws

    2) Minify and combine CSS and JS. We don’t have access to your cache plugin settings https://prnt.sc/x4fh2x So, can’t check it.

    Regards

    Hello,

Checked the cache plugin settings. It seems ok. We don’t have any other options to improve the site speed.

    Regards
