Hi
Is it possible to put the “Sizing guide” in specific products not globally.

Hi,

Yes, go to edit product > [8theme] Product Options > Size guide image

Choosing the image is not the problem.

If I activate size chart under “single product builder”, size chart show up under all products, that’s not what i want. I want it only to show under specific product. example under bracelets but not earrings.

Reply times can vary from time to time and be up to 24 hours Monday – Friday and up to 48 hours on weekends, Sat-Sun. But is usually faster than that.

The Size guide image can be uploaded in 2 ways: 1) global, for all products, via Theme Options 2) for a particular separately – Dashboard > Products > edit product > [8theme] Product Options – https://prnt.sc/x3qa2r
There is no option to upload it for a category, like – all bracelets. If you looking for such functionality, submit a request here – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/

Hi,

Have you added the Size chart element into the content of product page?
Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, we will check it more deeply.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

Hello,

Yes, it will be shown on all the products if you add the Size guide element to single page layout and upload the size guide image.

Hello,

In this case add the Size guide element while using the single product builder but don’t upload image there. Then upload individual images for the products using product options https://prnt.sc/x3qa2r
In this case, you will get size guide not for all the products but only for those where you uploaded the image.
