Hello,
After the last update the measurement price calculator plugin dosent work anymore. The plugin works fine with other themes. It dose not work for variable products that have user input for width and height. After does variable are inserted and clicked on Buy Now…it’s just dose nothing, and after refresh of the page it gives an error of missing width and hegiht. Ajax is disabled for add to cart.

Hello,

Thanks for using our theme.
We do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins.
Describe in more detail how exactly it should work, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, and we’ll check what can be done to help you.

Hello,
Thanks for your response.
The problem appears for variable products with measurement settings set for Area (WxL) and when its set for customers to input there custom dimensions.
I created a test products. you can check there the error when you try to add it to the cart.

Hello,

Do you have any limits for connections from other countries?
Our support expert can’t check your site https://prnt.sc/wkyrzq and can’t connect to your FTP https://prnt.sc/wkysiq without VPN.

Also, disable CDN cache https://prnt.sc/wkz1aq , please, because we won’t be able to see or changes.

Hello,

If you still have the issue it means that you did not clear the browser and CDN cache.
I see that you switched theme. Switch back and make sure that you cleared all the caches. Try to add to cart using another browser.
