The popup that appears on hover https://prnt.sc/x5lmcg comes from our theme (Theme Options > Header builder > Account > https://prnt.sc/x5lrf4) Content of this popup depends on WooCommerce, it displays WooCommerce login and registration form (WooCommerce > Settings > Account and privacy).
What exactly do you want to change for that popup?
1) You can change link using the Link field https://prnt.sc/x5it2w Or explain in more detail your question because I’m not sure that understand this correctly.

1) I see 404 error for the admin-ajax.php https://prnt.sc/x55uj9 even if the default Twenty Twenty-One theme is enabled. Could you, please, provide us with server error logs? Probably you reached some server limit.
2) What layer can’t you hide in the backend or on the frontend?

There is no such option by default but we could help you to make it full screen by additional CSS customization. Create mega menus using static blocks first https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f07MBdnFPfk&list=PLMqMSqDgPNmCCyem_z9l2ZJ1owQUaFCE3&index=5 (using WPBakery or Elementor depending on what is your main page builder). After that reply back and provide us with temporary WP Dashboard access to your site. We’ll add the custom code to make your mega menus full width.

Nope, brand pages inherit the Shop page featured image if you uploaded it for the shop page.
We don’t have the option for every brand to upload custom image for the breadcrumbs.
You can create feature request to implement this https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/
If it takes votes from other customers our developers will add it to “To do” list.

There is no option to edit distance between products, unfortunately. Min padding between products is 30px (default padding between columns for templates based on bootstrap). If you want to increase padding you can do this using custom CSS if you have CSS skills.
Product image size you can manage from Customizer > WooCommerce > Product Image.

Problem caused by the woo.php file that you placed to child theme. Don’t copy files from the framework folder to child theme, if you need to change any function from these files copy just function to child theme functions.php, don’t copy the whole file.
