    Hello,

    Do you have any problems with the site work?
    This parameter is required to install demo content without fail as a rule. I see that you have already installed everything, so just ignore that limit. Or if you want to change that you need to contact your hosting provider because this is server configuration, I’m not able to change the server configuration.

    Take our apologies for the delay in answering. We need not just WP Dashboard access but also FTP access, access to your files. If you don’t know your FTP access, please, contact your hosting provider and ask them. They will be able to send you FTP host, FTP username and FTP password.

    Translation files should be located in System directory, not in the Author directory https://prnt.sc/xto6r3
    Then you won’t lose translation files after theme update.

    1), 2) We are very sorry about this. We plan 8theme.com site upgrade once finish the major speed update of the XStore theme. So, we don’t want to get distracted improving 8theme at this moment because XStore update is much important at this moment. Because if XStore theme improved you won’t need to use forum 😉
