Also, disable cache plugin if the site is under development. I’ll be able to enable the cache plugin once you finish. Q12 – try to clear the browser cache and make sure that you change settings for both headers that you have.

Q13 – watch video tutorial about multiple headers https://youtu.be/BpeXfzNwkOc I hope it helps you to understand that option and start to edit both headers that you have, because you have 2 separate headers: for the home page and for all the other pages. By default you edit header for all the pages but seems that you do not edit the home page header. Hope page header does not inherit changes that you do for the main header.

Take my apologies for the delay in answering.
1) We would recommend you to create row with banners for the desktop and row with banners for the mobile with different settings. If you provide us with WP Dashboard access we could create an example for you.

2) Image does not work, so can’t check the issue.
Use Static Block to create footer content with columns. Enable WPBakery page builder for the Static Blocks using WPBakery role manager https://8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/Widgets_and_Static_Blocks/Static_Blocks
After that create footer block and add the Static Block widget to Footer widget area (Appearance > WIdgets).

3) Go to Customizer > WooCommerce > Product Images > set 260px and after that go to Theme Options > Custom CSS and add the below code

    width: auto;
}
