Hello,
I see that you edit the parent theme. It’s a bad idea because you won’t be able to update theme to the latest version or lose changes after theme update.
Also, don’t change the text domain in parent theme style.css https://prnt.sc/yq3zaj if you don’t change text domain in all the theme files, https://prnt.sc/yq3p8j
I got back the xstore text-domain, created translation file, translated mentioned string and it works https://prnt.sc/yq4891

It looks that issue appears if the HTML process minification option of WP-Optimize – Clean, Compress, Cache plugin is enabled https://prnt.sc/yq2xeh I have disabled this option and product category works fine.

Hello,
1) Never edit the parent theme files https://prnt.sc/yps26q ! You will lose your customization after theme update. Use either Insert headers and footers plugin or child theme. I moved code to Insert headers and footers plugin settings.
2) Do you have limits by region/city for the Google Ads? We don’t see the add and can’t give you code to fix its appearance.
Is it possible that the hosting website doesn’t support ftp?
Contact your hosting provider to get correct FTP or SFTP access. I’m not familiar with your hosting settings.
Is there any other way we can try?
We need access to your site files. So, we need either FTP/SFTP or cPanel access to your site. But FTP/SFTP is better.

We have removed that widget area. Check customizer ow and don’t use any special symbols in the custom widget area title. Check customizer now.

Hello,
Point is that plugins like Product Add-Ons use the POST method and do not work with Ajax add to cart option. We can’t add support of Ajax add to cart for these plugins from our theme. But we were able to fix compatibility with the Min/Max Quantity plugin.

3) There is no option to add one more HTML block element. Why do you need that? I see that you did not use HTML 1 block https://prnt.sc/yp9mxd So, why do you need one more if you can use it.
What YouTube code do you need to save? Similar to the JS code of the FB button?

Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate the Storefront theme, disable XStore core plugin. Check the checkout page after that. Do you have the same issue?

1) Auth username and pass do not work.
We are able to log in only using the default account page https://chinastreet.lk/my-account/
2) We checked your site and see that issue appears even with the default WP theme not just with the XStore. So, our theme is not the reason of the problem. Editor appears for a second while loading https://gyazo.com/f4524d5b7cf8e819ee8397f8b94d394a but then white screen. Try to disable your authentification. Maybe this is the reason of your issue.
If it does not help then contact Elementor support https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/elementor/ because we are able to help only in case issue caused by our theme, if it does not work even with the default WordPress theme we can do nothing, unfortunately.
Go to go to Elementor > Settings > Advanced > CSS Print Method > choose Internal Embedding https://prnt.sc/youqos Does it help?

Probably some fatal error appears. What version of PHP do you use? What version did you use before?
What error do you have in the server error logs? Could you, please, provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site?
I have updated theme and ~XStore core plugin to the latest versions and there is no fatal error on your site. Problem was caused by our of date theme version that you used.
Contact your hosting provider and ask them to give you server error logs. Such issue could be caused by some server limit (like SubstituteMaxLineLength or something similar). So, WordPress error logs could be empty but server error logs will have the error.
Provide us these logs.
