Hi,
Have 3 web site with xstore.
In all of them I choose “Swap image”.
one website working well on mobile and pc the others do not working on mobile.
– I tried to disable all plugins.

I’m missing something?

Hello,

Could you provide URLs of sites where the swap works and where it doesn’t work, + temporary wp-admin access?

Hello,

Point is that mobile devices do not have hover state. Long push on the product image on the mobile opens the dialog even on the site that you sent as worked https://gyazo.com/cc6e889c1ff074e0368097d1c63b576b

Mobile have hove state when you scrolls. “click” will open popup.

We just disabled the hover effect for the mobile in one of the latest updates because many users asked for this. So, we made additional customization in your child theme to get it back.

Hi,
Have the same problem again after the update. the child theme broke my site and I needed to activate the main theme. Can’t find in the child theme the change for swap image.

Can you please tell me what changes need to be made to the theme?

Don’t have access to theme or plugins using credentials that you provided https://prnt.sc/22t5l0t
Give our user admin access + provide FTP.
