Hello, I configured my theme correctly, I spent hours doing it then, I do not know what happened but, my whole site has changed I lost the logo, menu, the display , the footer, the elements of the imported demo; the last manimpulation before the disaster (installation and activation of the jetpack, configuration of the woocommerce store …) can you take a look and tell me what it takes to fix this thank you in advance

Hello,

Do you have a backup? Here is what I can see on your site – https://gyazo.com/722ac07859a510381c49019b5d09a5d4 Is it incorrect?
Have you tried to disable jetpack?
I am not sure what caused the mentioned situation. Try to check the server error log.

Thank you very much for your answer, I got my backup, (this is what you have in your screnshot) and I lost a lot of unsaved data. Now i noticed a display issue on the right sidebar, at the level of “my account”, the alignments are stuck on the left, and at the level of the “newsletter” in popup, it has cut it, we do not see it in full, the background of the testimonial has also disappeared and the “Call us any time” is shifted up too, have you an idea where it comes from ?

Go to Theme Options and click on Publish.
Could you provide temporary wp-admin access?

Thank you, you’re right it works with theme option, for my first problem I should have waited for your answer before going back to an old version 🙁

Hello,

Your header and footer look ok. If you had completely different settings then restore the backup and reply back with FTP access to your site. We’ll update the theme and check what was the reason of the issue.
