Add the following IPs to whitelist 176.98.69.38, 176.98.70.120, 95.158.49.81. And also provide temporary WP Dashboard access to the site with the issue to check the settings.

This is not a built-in theme option, we provide support only for the theme features https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy , so you need to contact google support to find out why it does not work for you. Did you change code in wp-content/themes/xstore? If not then you won’t lose changes after theme files update.

Can you login and confirm the code has been saved in headers and footers plugin correctly so that next time I update the theme I don’t lose the YouTube subscribe button?

Take my apologies but we are not personal developers to help with the third-party customization https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy Mentioned buttons is not built-in option, so you need to check the documentation by yourself if you added everything according to requirements. Or hire developer here.
If you added code in Insert headers and Footers plugin settings you won’t lose it after theme update.

But third-party plugin (WooCommerce Availability Notifications) that you use prevents that. So, contact plugin author to find out why do they hide that.

3) Screenshot that you provided does not work. Use the Lightshot screenshot tool to share the screenshot. We need to understand what layout you try to achieve to suggest you something.

1) We found that something makes injections to theme files even if we upload the original one
http://prntscr.com/ytfsn7 (xstore/functions.php, xstore/framework/woo.php) So, we suppose that your installation is hacked. Contact your hosting provider to fix that. Reply back once you solve the issue with the malware code.

2) Why did you make changes in parent theme files and XStore core plugin files? Don’t change original files because it causes issues and we are not responsible for problems that appear if you customize the parent theme and XStore core plugin. I have created child theme for you. Use it if you need to add any custom functions or change existing functionality!

3) So, move your changes to child theme because we’ll update theme and plugin files and overwrite your changes.

Free version of the Elementor does not have the option to edit the shop page. Only Elementor Pro allows you to create templates for the shop archive pages.
All the theme settings to edit shop page layout you can find in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop, Shop elements.

Also, you can edit only product description using Elementor. To be able to do this you need to enable Elementor for the products in the Elementor settings https://prnt.sc/yrk9cn
