We have cache for the menu and Static blocks only. We don’t have cache for the CSS, JS, page cache etc. That’s why we recommend using cache plugin. You can use litespeed cache or, W3 total cache, or WP Roket, or Fastest cache or any other that suits your needs.

Actually, we created Multiple headers option and added a language selector to the conditions to allow users to translate headers content to other languages. So, it’s not a bug. That header element (Contacts) does not support WPML string translator well and there is no way to change that, unfortunately.

I installed Really simple SSL plugin to temporary solve the mixed content but you need to fix the code in the wp-config.php file or remove it. Why did you add that if you want to use https?

After theme installation and during demo content import we allow customer to choose what builder he will use and install demo content depending on the builder he prefers. But you decided to mix builders, installed both of them, or imported different demos with different builders and I don’t know why. Because choosing of the main page builder is the first step before demo content installation.
If you created some pages/posts/static blocks using WPBakery you will need to recreate them.

We provide support on forum only. If you need to add any private information use the Private content area at the right site from the main reply.
1) Go to Theme Options > Header builder > edit search and translate the search placeholder text to your language, after that edit the My account element and translate all the admin texts there.
2) After that you need to translate these admin strings to other languages of your site. To do this go to WPML > String translator > scroll down and click translate admin strings > check the strings you need to translate and add them to string translator.

3) Go back to string translator and translate strings to other languages.

If you provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site and tell us translation of the Type here for example we’ll be able to make step by step screenshots to explain described above using screenshots.
