We don’t have any special options for this. I think you need to speed up the site in general. Try to check the list of plugins that you use and disable unnecessary plugins.
It’s known issue. We’ll fix this in the next theme update. If you provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site we’ll be able to fix this before the update.

The issue caused by CSS minification option of SG Optimizer plugin. If you use the plugin minification option then don’t use Optimize Frontend CSS option in theme options.

Look, you use 2 header on your site:
One for the whole site that you are able to edit once you open the Theme Options > Header builder.
Second header is the home page header https://prnt.sc/11ajsgk
So, to edit home page header click on edit link and edit the header https://prnt.sc/11ak0fm
Clear cache after your changes.

Did you install any plugin for images lazy loading? In this case go to Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Image loading > Choose Default. Check images after that.
