I am building a multilangual site. There supposed to be a string that can change this to multiple language with wpml. Also there are many other strings that are not getting translated. How can I go around this.

    Hello,

You can translate admin strings using WPML admin strings option and add them to your string translator https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/

Also, follow the WPML documentation https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/building-multilingual-ecommerce-sites-using-xstore-and-wpml/?aid=46060&affiliate_key=YI8njhBqLYnp

Let me know if you still have issues with translation after that and untranslated strings.

    Regards

    Hello,

We provide support on forum only. If you need to add any private information use the Private content area at the right site from the main reply.
    1) Go to Theme Options > Header builder > edit search and translate the search placeholder text to your language, after that edit the My account element and translate all the admin texts there.
    2) After that you need to translate these admin strings to other languages of your site. To do this go to WPML > String translator > scroll down and click translate admin strings > check the strings you need to translate and add them to string translator.

    3) Go back to string translator and translate strings to other languages.

If you provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site and tell us translation of the Type here for example we’ll be able to make step by step screenshots to explain described above using screenshots.

    Hello,

Go to WPML > String translation > scroll down and press on “Translate texts in admin screens” link. You’ll see a list of fields, choose the fields you’d like to translate. For example – theme_mods_xstore-child > http://prntscr.com/szhrk6 http://prntscr.com/101tyo7 After that go back to the String Translation section and translate necessary content – http://prntscr.com/szhs2y

    Regards
