Hello there, i am facing quite serious site loading time, have adjusted images and having cache plugin but still its very slow. What else could be done to make it faster or this is what this theme is like ?

We installed Autoptimize plugin to improve the speed and results are not bad while we testing your shop page for example https://tools.pingdom.com/#5e2c89b3cb400000

Nothing do with images it has been optimized the site is just dead, autoptimizer slows everything. Nothing personal and I do like the theme however if we cannot fix it i cannot have this website and its huge waste of time then…

This is what my server support says: The high server response time can be caused by an excessive number of plugins or even lack of optimization.
And i cannot take a screenshot via lightshop to show you gmetrix for the website performance is 0
There is nothing special on the that shop i have an its very basic however its not working as it should as it packed with plugins.. I don’t mind removing them and leave only whats needed to runt it properly

Hello,

1) Recreate all the static blocks using ELementor instead of the WPBakery page builder and disable the WPBakery page builder plugin. Use only the one page builder on your site. Using of both builders slows down the site.

2) If I test the home page using Chrome tools page loading time is ok https://prnt.sc/1184y4n

Also, the following results I get while testing your site using GTmetrix https://gtmetrix.com/reports/drink2l.co.uk/ZC3AGVYQ/

3) Besides you can optimize images using Tinypng tool or plugin https://tinypng.com/ and it will also speed up the loading, for example https://prnt.sc/1184hf8 Because not all the images that you use are optimized as you can see

We have enabled all the possible optimization settings from theme side. We don’t have more options to make it faster from theme side.

Hello and thanks for your efforts to sort the issue I’ll follow recomendations even though its a huge waist of time, on the other hand I have a thought that them two page building plugins might conflicting, but guys then you should consider letting people to chose only one of those page builders, because its really confusing as you offer samples and pages in both page builders which are slowing the website badly… at the moment the theme offers or allows to use all of theme 4 or 5 at the same time….

I just though that all porducts and pages are built on the WPBakery so disabled that it would mess up the those content won’t it ?

Hello,

After theme installation and during demo content import we allow customer to choose what builder he will use and install demo content depending on the builder he prefers. But you decided to mix builders, installed both of them, or imported different demos with different builders and I don’t know why. Because choosing of the main page builder is the first step before demo content installation.
If you created some pages/posts/static blocks using WPBakery you will need to recreate them.

Hello,

So i did found that your entire theme and samples are made on the elementor so from here I struggle to understand why you are allow to chose other page builders at all? Thing is that the whole project is ruined now and your samples are useless because every sigle product has been compiled on the WPBaker as this page builder is more convenient for us.. I have recreated few pages included home page into WPBuilder then I have relalised that all this is waist of time as in my case I have to turn of the elementor to have the website runing correctly this means I cannot have none of demo modules wich is very sad and makes theme useless….

If I am wrong please correct me…

Additionaly I am really fuming that responsive mode comes on a laptop if you could enlighten me how I supposed to work on this https://prnt.sc/118byaq

Are you saying i have to redo all whatever is created included all product discriptions into elementor and then i will get better?

Can you guarantee this will improve the loading of the website, because if not then I cannot affort to waist the time anymore with this theme

With this comparison seems the elementor is the slowest page builder https://woocart.com/blog/fastest-woocommerce-page-builder so seems it won’t be possible to make the website loading normally but rather structured bit by bit – frame/image/text and then the whole page… I am really frustrating with the situation as mentioned before I do like theme but serious loading issues…

You need to choose one of the builders, that suits you best, create content using that builder and turn off the other. We are not developers of builders. If you think the Elementor is slower, then use WPBakery for everything.
We have sent you the test results of your site. A page load speed of 1.5s is not a bad result. But if you are not satisfied with it, we can offer you only a refund – https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new , because in our theme there are no more additional options to speed up the site.

Hello,

I get your point and I don’t mind building everyting on WPBaker, however that case there is no way to use your demos is it as they all built on the Elementor page builder..

The website isn’t loading properly and its really no matter if the result is okay or not bad.

Additionally as i mentioned earlier you guys are very efficient support team and i understand that not everything in your hands but when your product is not performing properly then its frustration.

Hello,

1) Our theme comes with 93 WPBakery demo https://prnt.sc/11ai2l8 https://xstore.8theme.com/preview-new/#demos-content
So, I don’t know why you think that all our demos built using ELementor because they did not.

2) We don’t face speed issues while using or site or testing it using Pingdom test tool. So, I would like to do my best to help you but I don’t have more options. You may contact optimization experts – WP Kraken team – submit individual optimiation request and check their suggestions that would include not just theme optimization but also content optimization, server settings optimization etc.

3) What do you mean that Elementor modules are locked? Are you talking about Elementor elements that you can add to your page content? Elements that are locked are Elementor Pro elements and you’ll be able to use them only if you buy Elementor Pro.

Hello

Thanks for your response. I don’t what happened but the theme is slow and have laoding issues. The thing is that you said yourself to remove the WPBaker and redo the pages to the Elementor so we do but its still not make any big difference. Now I am not trying to blacklist you but can you please tell me on what purpose you have installed 3 caching plugins ?

In regards to the speed it seems you are using only pigndom while the gtmerix and google are fialing sites speed..

I do appreciate your help though to get these things sorted, I havent touched anything but now the some parts of platform gone blank
