Hi,
Since update 7.2.5 customers get error messages trying to add several (variable) products (any custom color) to the cart. Woocommerce says product cannot be purchased, however, cart is populated with product nonetheless.
Woocommerce support claims it’s the theme. Updating to latest version didn’t resolve. We’re now back at 7.2.5 but we don’t have backups going back to 7.2.4 so we cannot troubleshoot further.
Second issue: mini cart doesn’t display all products at the moment of adding, but when reloading the entire website, the issue seems resolved and products ARE visible.
Please assist.
UPDATE: Reverted back to version 7.2.7 for troubleshoot purposes. Also: Every product, although the first color swatch pre-selected, needs a manual de-select and re-select in order to push the product to cart
Second example of products going beserk:
Hello,
1) I don’t see problem with the add to cart option of the mentioned product and any error messages https://gyazo.com/ebf6ba14720b8449a8686f226a158d09
Could you, please, provide screenshot of the error while you adding to cart?
2) Go to Theme Options > Speed Optimization > enable WooCommerce fragments for the cart refresh. Check the mini cart after that.
3) We can’t log in to your WP Dashboard https://prnt.sc/11ah92x
I suppose that this error https://prnt.sc/1190kdi could be related to the cache plugin that you use. Try to disable cache plugin, please, and check again if you have that message.
