Try to replace the below code in the child theme functions.php

If you removed some DB tables/records it could be the reason of the issue. If you want to remove users you can do this from WP Dashboard > Users, there is no need to remove tables directly from Database.

You are welcome.
1) Go to Static Blocks and edit the footer static block according to your needs. We enabled support of SVG icons on your site, so you should not have problem with the footer svg anymore.

2) Increase width of the element of your header connection block that includes the Account icon because there is no space to show all in 1 line. Check now.
