Hello,

It looks that options were reset. What actions did you do before it happened? Did you change the theme folder name or switched between themes or reset options?
Do you have a backup of the site before theme options reset?

Thank you for your prompt reply. No, I didn’t change any thing you mentioned above. Yes, I have backup, which is done with the plugin UpdraftPlus.

If you have the backup then it would be better to restore it. I am not sure why that happened on your site and what actions from your side caused this, unfortunately.

Unfortunately, I have a lot of problems after the restore. I’ve fixed a lot of them and still have a few problems. One of them is the design of the home page, it is broken as you can see in the attached picture. the site had view columns to display the category images and product images

Issue was caused by out of date version of theme https://prnt.sc/131ib59
I have updated theme and everything is ok. Check now.
