Hello, can you please help me?
Today my site has been automatically updated to WordPress 5.4.6, and now my image gallery does not work.

Hello,

6.2.11 version of XStore theme is completely out of date. We would recommend you to create staging site (full copy of the existing site) and update theme to the latest version there and if everything is ok then update production site. Let me know if you still have problem after theme and XStore core plugin update.

I am afraid of doing this. Previous time when I updated XStore theme I had critical mistake and my website did not work at all – http://joxi.ru/ZrJKyQgSnjxbRm . And I had to deploy a backup of old theme version.
Can you please write a sequence of actions?
1. At first I update http://joxi.ru/n2YJ5e4HevWR8A theme here?
2. http://joxi.ru/V2V7KDVtk5lM3A – Then I update XStore Core plugin?
3. Then i need to update WooCommerce admin–>then WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway –> then WooCommerce Services ?

Can you please help me? I’m begging you ..

Hello,

That’s why I told you to create staging site (full copy of the production site) first and update theme on the staging site first. So, create stagig site and provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to staging site. We’ll help you with update. You’ll check if everything is ok and only after that we’ll be able to help you with production site update.

Hello,

I suppose this error appeared after the WP update before the Revolution slider update. Once the slider is the latest version I don’t see the mentioned error in the error logs.

After checking the theme on my site, I found some points, could you please help fix them?

2) Pagination doesn’t work – https://tiliart.com/blog/ – when i press second page I see https://tiliart.com/blog/page/2/ .
In previous topic you wrote me to “go to Settings > Permalinks > select Post name > click on Publish” – http://joxi.ru/Y2La06GsEazeQA .I did not find where to fix it .
3) http://joxi.ru/p27Y7WdhNPkx4r – the translation to russian was removed in different parts of the site. Will this be so every time the theme is updated?
4) https://tiliart.com/layfhaki/ramka-dlya-natyagivaniya-holsta-dlya-kartiny-chto-eto-vidy/ – there is no author name here (in every post in blog) – http://joxi.ru/VrwxlV0i4yDbEm.

Hello,

1) Fixed.
2) Issue was caused by this slug that you set https://prnt.sc/136lbpv
3) Just finish the translation of the missing strings https://prnt.sc/136lmm4
It should not be every time after the update. But sometimes if some new strings are added then you may need to translate them.
4) I have passed your issue to our developers. I’ll inform you once they fix the issue with the author.
