    Hi,

Not sure if you’re aware, but on two iphone’s with the latest 14.5 update, the experience on our Royal themed website has degraded. No matter what mobile browser is used, when a user scrolls, elements like the header and product labels and descriptions flicker on and off and disappear. They return when you keep pressure on the scrolling up or down.

    Maybe something to check out?

Could you, please, provide us with a video of the issue for better understanding?

Sorry to chase, but we’re getting increasing reports of issues with iphones and our website, do you see the issue I’ve raised yourselves?

I’m not sure if the issue is related to your use of Redux, when the plugin is switched off, the issue doesn’t happen, but of course having it off also breaks a lot of the website formatting, structure, functionality, etc

    Hello,

Take my apologies for the delay in answering.
We checked your site and see that your child theme includes a lot of custom code, custom styles and libraries. Once we enable parent theme we don’t see any blinking. It appears only when your custom theme is enabled. You can enable the parent theme and check by yourself. So, probably the additional customization you made causes the issue but we are not developers who made that customization. So, ask the developer who made that customization to check the additional libraries and custom styles that he used (turn them off and check which one causes the issue).

    Regards

    Hi Olga,

Thanks for looking into this, the developer is me 🙂 so I’ll spend some time switching things off and on and see what’s causing this.

    Best regards

    Darren

    Hello,

Oh, I see. Ok, then try. Probably one of the libraries causes the issue.

    Regards
