    Hello,

    1) I don’t see any slider on the home page. Could you, please, provide us with correct link and temporary WP Dashboard access to your site to check and help you? Unfortunately, I can’t tell you the reason of the issue by video/screenshot only, we need to inspect site.

    2) Did you place the custom code directly to parent theme style.css? Why don’t you use Theme Options > Custom CSS area that was created for these purposes? Don’t edit parent theme files because you will need to update theme in the future and it causes a lot of problems. Either use Custom CSS area if you need just CSS changes or use child theme if you need php changes. But don’t change the parent theme itself. Move your styles to mentioned area and update theme after that.

    Hello,

    1) Provide us with FTP access to your site to check the issue with the images in more detail.
    2) Yes, move the custom CSS to Custom CSS area or to child theme style.css. It should work. Move the code and update theme. If your code does not work then let me know and I’ll check it to make it work.

    Check settings of Products element and Make sure that “Show sale counter” is On. Provide URL of page where it doesn’t work.

    Hello,

    Take our apologies for the delay in answering.
    Point is that variable product has option to add a schedule for every single variation and these schedules could be different, we can’t show them all. That’s why we display the counter only in case the simple product schedule date used.
