The latest version of the theme supports WP 5.8. If you faced any compatibility issues just let me know and we’ll check them in more detail.

Keep Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources option disabled. It looks that Elementor uses Query Strings to clear the cache if you use the preview option.

W3 Total cache plugin is a free plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache/
It’s not the premium plugin, so you should be able to update that from Dashboard > Updates once the new plugin version is released. At this moment 2.1.6 version is the latest available version of this plugin if you check the official plugin page.

In the latest update we use placeholders to show on the page till the user scrolls the page and then images loading to speed up the page loading time. You can change the images loading type to LQIP if you don’t like Lazy load effect.
