I have a Legenda theme (note: I have the unlimited themes package and I can’t add the new serial number to the site to activate the license with the unlimited package, however it is activated with an older key I purchased).
When I add to cart from the shop page for a single item, the popup for “successfully added to cart” comes up twice and it does indeed add 2 items to the cart.
My plan is to deactivate all plugins and change theme for testing. Before I do, just wanted to know if anyone else reported this or is a common problem.Site URL: hidden Theme version: 4.3.2 WooCommerce version: 5.5.2
It’s the unknown issue. Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site and we’ll check the issue in more detail.
Ok thanks for the info. Let me do some further testing then, I’ll deactivate all plugins and switch themes and see if the issue persists. If I can narrow it down to the theme I’ll send you info to access. Either way I’ll update the solution in case anyone else has this issue.
Ok, so I deactivated all plugins except Legenda theme and the legenda core and redux and CMB2 and Woocommerce. Problem still exists.
Change to storefront theme, problem goes away. Pretty much narrowed it down to the Legenda theme.
Oops, my bad, FTP defaults to a user directory. Forgot to remove that. Fixed now. The installation is in the publichtml folder root. Same login and password.
Take my apologies for the delay in answering. We found that issue was caused by this option https://prnt.sc/1qa14zw If you choose No location then add to cart works ok. I have passed the issue to our developers. I’ll inform you once they fix the problem.

One standard license is valid only for 1 project. Running multiple projects on a single license is a copyright violation.
