Hello,

Export existing header in Theme Options > Header builder > Templates > scroll down and download export file. You’ll be able to import this menu structure after that if you need that again.

I have enabled the default WooCommerce theme Storefront and faced the same issue https://recordit.co/N8zsxVWCF5
So, our theme is not the reason of the problem. Contact WooCommerce plugin support.
Besides, I see that you have third-party plugin for the Database, maybe that caused the problem, not sure.

We can help you with nothing with that if the problem appears even with the default theme.

Hello,

Theme does not cache the header structure, only mega menu items and we use the default WordPress object cache https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/classes/wp_object_cache/
Description of your issue looks like cache issue. Maybe you have any server cache? Or maybe if you even disabled the cache plugin you still have cache enabled from the wp-config. So, provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site. And also contact your hosting provider and ask if they have any kind of server cache or cloud CDN with cache.

1) Issue with the headers was caused by misprint in custom styles https://prnt.sc/23uhh77
Check now.
2) I have created mega menu using Elementor and disable WP Bakery. Also, I have created footer using Static blocks and disabled Header and Footer plugin. Enabled cache plugin. Check the site speed before https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.viuvachicvinhos.com.br/e3vP0A0V/
and after https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.viuvachicvinhos.com.br/so5appO0/

Hello,

If you use Lazy Load option of the SiteGround Optimizer plugin then you need to disable Theme Options > Speed optimization > Image loading > choose Default instead of Lazy loading.

Use XStore core plugin translation to translate shopping cart text. Customer details text in the email is the default WooCommerce plugin text, we don’t have option to edit that. Contact WooCommerce support about this.

1) Add the below code to Theme Options > Custom CSS

.products-grid .content-product .st-swatch-in-loop>.et_st-default-holder .type-color.selected, .products-grid .content-product .st-swatch-in-loop>.et_st-default-holder .type-image.selected, .st-swatch-preview li.selected { border: 2px solid #888; }

2) Go to Pages > edit Shop page > scroll down to 8theme page settings and choose Prefooter > disable.

Check the mega menu now. Also, I would recommend you to use Static Blocks to create mega menu https://youtu.be/f07MBdnFPfk but instead of the WPBakery builder that is used in video use Elementor builder to edit Static block content.

Do you use any custom taxonomy? What is taxonomy=product_shipping_class&term=standard ?
Your shop page is https://b2b-objektwaesche.de/shop/page/2/ . So, I don’t understand what the mentioned links mean. They just do not exist because shipping classes should not be indexed.
