Main menu link should not redirect to specific page

1) .I have 3 submenus under “Solutions menu” when i clicks on Solutions menu name it is redirecting me to specific page which is not required (https://teladvstaging.wpengine.com/solutions/) my requirement is nothing should happen when i click on it i want to give a dummy link #

2) Menu active design is not working (orange color menu name and border top design) for multi level dropdowns
