Hello, I have been receiving messages from WordPress for 2 days informing me that xstore has caused a general error.
Are you aware of this problem and how to fix it?

Here is part of the WP message received by email:

    Good morning !

Since WordPress 5.2, a native feature can detect if an extension or a theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automatic email.
Here, WordPress found an error with your theme, “XStore”.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

Check the error logs and provide us with the error message itself. Or provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check.

    Regards

Hello, I’m sorry, the message arrived like this and disappeared the same way.
Do you know where there is a history of problems on Worpdress to provide you with the logs?

    Hello,

Some logs could be in the WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Hello,

Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access via the Private Content area. I will pass this problem to our developers, they will be able to check and fix it after the weekend.

    Regards

Good evening, indeed, there was a problem with the connection via the panel, but this has been corrected.
On the other hand for the ftp connection, the information is good, maybe you should know the port.
Thank you in advance for your help

    Hello,

I checked your site and I don’t see any latest errors in the error log and any error on the frontend. So, tell me your actions that cause the previous error to reproduce that?

    Regards

    Hello,

I suppose because we made some tests of your single product. Anyway, I don’t see any error at this moment. Do you still have it? After what actions?

    Regards
