With FTP account we could not analys the Resource Usage.

“After checking your detailed resource usage, I can see that processes that were using most of your hosting plan resources were generated from index.php and admin-ajax.php files and this process is reappearing. This means that this issue was created by one or several of your website plugins when specific changes are done regarding these plugins or scheduled tasks are running.”

Can you please ask your hosting provider send all the logs related to the high resources usage? So we can take a closer look?
