Filter and product out of stock – Widget

I have anshop with a lot of shoes that have different sizes. Some of those sizes aren’t on stock. So i need a way for my client to filter off the sizes that don’t much his size.

Default “filter by size” Widget doesn’t work correctly.
If a user choose size==40 the website shows him all the products that have size==40 ,even if they are out of stock (stock quantity == 0).

Example: https://www.porta188.com/2023/loja/?filter_tamanhos=40
The products out of stock appear in the filter.

We kindly request that you navigate to the WooCommerce settings within your dashboard to adjust the inventory visibility. Specifically, please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory and enable the option to “Hide out of stock items” from the catalog. Credentials inserted in the private area.

I think I didn’t explain myself well! I wanted out-of-stock products to be active. But when I apply a search or filter, only what is in stock appears.
