    Hello,

    To have full width menu you need create more than one submenu items and add css classes only to the parent menu item as shown in our documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/#!/primary_menu (paragraph “8.2 Menu types”). To make menu visible on your site go to Appearance > Menus > Manage Locations tab > select menu for “Main menu (left, default)” field.

    When I tried to import slider I got this error “Internal Server Error”.
    You should check it with your hosting provider support. Perhaps some parameters must be increased (memory_limit or upload_max_filesize and post_max_size). Please check it.

    We’ll fix the issue with Testimonials widget in the next theme update. Meanwhile you can use Post Grid or Posts Slider element in Visual Composer editor and select “testimonials” for “post type”.

    Hello @Ravish Singla,

    I’ve edited the file theme-functions.php and replaced the code $file_path = $_SERVER['DOCUMENT_ROOT'] . $file_path['path']; with $file_path = $_SERVER['APPL_PHYSICAL_PATH'] . $file_path['path']; because your physical path for files differs from document_root path. Please cleat browser cache and check images swapping.

    Sorry, but I don’t see Testimonials in the home page editor.
    Please provide us with the correct link.

    I’ve also copied theme-functions.php file into wp-content/themes/classico-child/framework directory and edited the section “! Meta data block (byline)” in line 245.

    Hello,

    “Use this form to find things you need” text is present in .po file in wp-content/themes/classico/languages.
    “Type here…” is present in the file wp-content/themes/classico/woosearchform.php.
    To have posts available for search you need edit the file wp-content/themes/classico/woosearchform.php and comment the code <input type="hidden" name="post_type" value="product" /> in line 12.

    Please change permissions for “dev” folder or ask your host to check if there are any restriction on a server or perhaps you’re using some plugin that blocks access.

    Have you changed WP Dashboard credentials? We can’t log in now.
    Also your site is working fine on our side.
    Please specify what exactly isn’t working.
    Did you clear browser cache before checking the site with child theme activated?
    Also clear “cache” folder via FTP in wp-content directory.

    Hello,

    Please update the theme to the latest version and Woocommerce as well.
    Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/classico/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
    Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

    Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

    Hello,

    After you deactivated plugins you need to clear browser cache and cookies and then check the site.
    I see that problem with non clickable “View Cart” and “Checkout” buttons persists when “PayPal for WooCommerce” plugin is activated.
