Site redirecting with theme - by kezan98

    I’ve been working over the weekend with my hosting company to try and figure out why when I use this theme I get an error saying the site is redirecting.

    this problem disappears when I switch back to my original theme.

    Hello,

    As I see your site working perfect and haven’t any redirect.
    Could you please clarify with more details what exactly you want to do and show us screenshots?

    when you test it with either google page speed or googles fetch as googlebot it shows that there are redirects

    I would like you find the cause of the redirect as when I change the theme, there’s no redirect warnings in google

    Hi,

    After update I have exactly the same problem as it was signalled above by kezan98 – after trying to check the speed on pagespeed insights. I give you the FTP credentials in hidden content.

    Another thing is that via FTP I updated the Visual Composer to 4.5.3. After update I got this message: “Important notice: You have an outdated version of Visual Composer Design Options. It is required to review and save it.” There is a blue button for open the design options, but after clicking I get a message that I have no rights to view the page. What is it?
    I updated with overwriting via FTP. Should I have deleted the jscomposer plugin firts, and then upload the new one?

    Hi,

    Due to some reason I had to reupload the jscomposer. I have again the same message: “Important notice: You have an outdated version of Visual Composer Design Options. It is required to review and save it.” Can you do the same process as earlier?
