Hello

i have an issue with the background on my website. just upload 2 screen shot 1 wen im offline on my website cant see background on website the 2° is wen i login all appare normal.

i just delete cache and refresh the website many time bat that error still there. also try with different browsers and sema error. “so the 1st time work well bat if you refresh you cant see nothing”

Hello,

When I viewed your site being not logged in I saw this content:

Try to check it in another browser.

I’ve uploaded updated “woocommerce” folder to the directory wp-content/themes/royal and renamed your old folder to “woocommerce_old”.

Now Wishlist page is working.

About graphic. You need to refresh the page and you can see the error on area with a beck ground. On home page also slide don’t work.

How i can fix the woocommerce “cart” aldera other 2 issue I see on the woocommerce info.

We can’t access your WP Dashboard. There is an error:
“The connection was reset”.
Are there any problems on a server where your site is hosted?

Not really. The server have a protection bat other time have enter in with no problem. Can you try with a IP different. If you can try from Italy.

My woocommerce don’t working you know till you changed the woocommerce folder.

Hello,

As I see the site starts working when “woocommerce” folder is renamed.
Please specify if you made any changes to this folder.
There are 2 of them in the directory public_html/wp-content/themes/royal:
woocommerce and woocommerce_old. So what is the parent one that was included in the theme package?
Please check what changes you made to this folder.

Hello,

As I see you’re using old theme version. You need update it. I’ve deleted current Woocommerce folder and renamed back “woocommerce_old” to “woocommerce”.
So please update the theme to the latest version and Woocommerce as well.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

Now i have to ask if you can fix other 2 issue.

1) Breadcrumbs Style. cant see it. check http://julianbeats.com/contact-us/ and other pages
on this time i use from your theme http://julianbeats.com/terms-and-conditions/ have a graphic error with the menu.

2) have issue with the blog. they show the full post not “READ MORE” http://julianbeats.com/blog/

3) “Set your main menu in Appearance > Menus” on scroll menu wen i try on firefox
4) on firefox the icon of the cart on scroll menu have a graphic error.
5) no checkout button on cart section?

We can’t access your wp-admin panel. There is an error: “Connection was reset”. Have you restricted the access to it?
Please check it with your host.

1. Do you want the breadcrumbs on Contact page to be the same as on this page http://julianbeats.com/terms-and-conditions/ ?

2. Please read this article to add “Read more” button for posts:

3. I’ve checked your site on Firefox and the menu in fixed header is shown:

4. As you can see from the screenshot http://storage1.static.itmages.com/i/15/0710/h_1436516390_3020261_b053b1858a.png there is no graphic error for Cart icon.

5. You need delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and reupload it from a new theme package that you downloaded.

Hello

1) the breadcrumbs don’t appare. On F.A.Q section I do by my self. I see the breadcrumbs for other page on dashboard section. And I select any kind of impostato like paralax or other section the background don’t appare if you can check out her page like “Store” or simplicity product pages you can see no back ground immage.

hello

1) as you can see http://storage1.static.itmages.com/i/15/0710/h_1436516390_3020261_b053b1858a.png the background dont appare. i have already set bat wen the website have updatete the backgound not be showed. on term and condition i have set a background by my self so no.

2)as you can see on http://julianbeats.com/terms-and-conditions/ have di litle more distance from menu and background.

hello.

i dont know hot let you enter on the dashboard. this is server try to defend by hacker and other things! so i think the best whay is change ip and broswer if you can!

Please add this code in custom.css to decrease space under the menu:

    margin-top: 0px !important;
}
```
Seems you updated the theme incorrectly because there is no such icon issue on our test site. Please try to reupload theme files of the latest version.
