Unfortunately we don’t have our own tool to update theme. The best way is to update it via FTP. If you have difficulties with it we can do this for you. Just create a back up of the site files and database and let us know.

No, you won’t lose your changes. To update plugin you need connect to your server via FTP, enter wp-content/plugins directory and overwrite the existing folder “js_composer” with the folder that you extracted from the downloaded archive.

Unfortunately Classico theme doesn’t have Brands element. You can add brands using Image Gallery or Single Image elements in Visual Composer editor, upload brands images and add links for them in the element settings.

You uploaded theme incorrectly. Now you have directory wp-content/themes/Classico_Responsive_Woocommerce_Wordpress_Theme/classico, but it must be wp-content/themes/classico. Please reupload theme correctly and if the issue still persists provide us with FTP credentials.

To remove space between logo and banner I’ve disabled Page Heading in your home page editor in Page Layout box.
Also I’ve added this code in custom.css file:
