    Hi guys,

For my website I created SEO optimized url structures. This wasn’t a problem until we added an extra language (using Qtranslate). After that the custom permalink wasn’t working anymore.

The permalink I had set was:
    sitename/subcategorie/product-name

After enabling English this changed towards:
    sitename/product/productname

-> note the exact word “product” appears in each url.

Please advice us what to do. In the private content you find the website url:

    Hello,

I’ve set custom permalink /shop/subcategorie for “Product permalink basis” in Settings > Permalinks. Please check the links now.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

In this case you need set up Woocommerce permalinks in Settings > Permalinks. Have you tried the solutions from articles provided in the previous post?

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
